摘要： 技能人才特别是高技能人才是工人阶级队伍中的优秀代表,是我国人才队伍的重要组成部分,是支撑中国制造和中国创造的重要力量。人社部门深入学习贯彻习近平总书记重要指示批示精神,强化政治担当,找准工作定位,突出部门特色,以思想力量引领技能人才工作,以改革创新推动技能人才队伍建设,大力培养支撑经济社会高质量发展的技能人才。

Abstract: Skilled talents, especially those highly proficient in their occupation, are excellent representatives of the working class and an important part of China’s talent team, functioning as main forces underpinning China’s manufacturing sector and innovation drive. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China has thoroughly studied and implemented the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping, strengthened political responsibility, defined work orientation, and highlighted ministerial characteristics.
