摘要: 国际职员是直接参与国际组织工作的人员。随着国际组织数量的不断增加及其影响力日益增强,选拔并输送更多的本国人才进入国际组织工作,日益成为各国人才工作的一个重点。为了培养与输送更多的国际组织人才,世界各国开拓了多样化的国际职员的选拔输送方式和渠道,包括政府出资的专业人员项目、青年专业人员项目、特定人员短期合同制工作、志愿者项目、实习生项目、国家派遣或借调、与特定组织的人才合作项目等,在人才选拔和输送方面形成了可予参考的国际经验。

Abstract: International staff are those who directly participate in the work in international organizations. With the increasing number of international organizations and their increasing influence, selecting and delivering more domestic talents to work in international organizations have increasingly become a major focus of talent work in various countries. In order to cultivate and deliver more talents to international organizations, countries around the world have developed diversified ways and channels for the selection and delivery of international staff, including government funded professional personnel projects, young professionals projects, short-term contract work of specific personnel, volunteer projects, internship projects, national dispatch or secondment, talent cooperation projects with specific organizations, etc. It has formed international experience for reference in talent selection and delivery.
