摘要: 为探究工作—家庭关系中工作—家庭冲突与工作—家庭增益分别对大五人格的影响,以及工作嵌入和家庭亲密度的调节作用,本文采用问卷法对来自不同行业的1 176位员工进行了调查。结果表明:(1)工作—家庭冲突正向影响神经质,负向影响严谨性、宜人性、开放性和外向性,工作—家庭增益作用效果与之相反。(2)高水平工作嵌入能缓解工作—家庭冲突对神经质的正向影响,对宜人性、开放性和外向性的负向影响,缓解工作—家庭增益对神经质的负向影响,增强对宜人性、开放性和外向性的正向影响。(3)高水平家庭亲密度能缓解工作—家庭冲突对严谨性、宜人性、开放性和外向性的负向影响,缓解工作—家庭增益对神经质的负向影响,增强工作—家庭增益对宜人性、开放性和外向性的正向影响。
