摘要: 新时代人工智能、大数据、区块链等数字技术的发展促使人力资源管理的视角、方法及运作模式发生重大改变。知识经济时代知识技能的不断更迭以及人工智能的快速发展加快了人力资源的更新迭代,推动人力资源数字化转型和劳动者劳动技能的更新。传统雇佣关系受到挑战,平台经济灵活用工愈加普遍,传统的人力资源管理已经无法适应新型劳动关系发展的需要,要求人力资源管理从工作分析、招聘配置、培训开发、薪酬管理、绩效评估及劳动关系管理等进行革新,并推进人力资源管理的信息化升级,运用更先进的算法使人力资源管理流程更标准化、规范化、智能化,提高人力资源管理的效率。

Abstract: The development of AI, big data, blockchain and other data technologies in the new era has led to significant changes in the perspective, method and operation mode of human resource management. In the era of knowledge-based economy, the continuous update of knowledge and skills as well as the rapid development of artificial intelligence have accelerated the renewal and iteration of human resources management, promoting the digital transformation of human resources and the renewal of workers' skills. The traditional labor relationship has been challenged, and the flexible employment based on platform economy has become more and more common. The traditional human resource management has been unable to meet the needs of the development of new labor relations. It is required to innovate human resource management from work analysis, recruitment and staffing, training and development, salary management, performance evaluation and labor relations management, promote the digitilization of human resource management, use more advanced algorithms to make the human resource management process more standardized and intelligent, and improve the efficiency of human resource management.
