面向企业员工的组织社会化策略研究

摘要: 组织社会化本质上是一种互动和传播的过程。在这个过程中,组织将本身所拥有的一套规章制度和组织文化逐步告知、灌输给员工,员工则在行动层面和心理层面逐步将其内化。企业员工的组织社会化有强制、交换和认同三种不同策略。针对不同类型的员工、不同的社会化内容以及在组织社会化的不同阶段,企业应该选择不同类型的组织社会化策略,采用具有不同特征的社会化模式。

Abstract: Organizational socialization is essentially a process of interaction and dissemination, in which the organization gradually communicates and imparts its own rules and regulations and corporate culture to employees and employees gradually internalize them in both action and psychology. There are three different strategies for organizational socialization: coercion, exchange and identification.. It usually occurs in the later stages of organizational socialization. Organizational socialization strategies and socialization modes should vary with employees, social contents and stages of organizational socialization.
