事业单位提升公开招聘效果的实践探析

摘要: 招聘是一个单位为了引进一定数量的、具备相应能力和素质的、有助于单位履行职责任务的工作人员而采取的一系列活动,是人力资源管理的重要内容之一。自2000年推进事业单位人事制度改革以来,事业单位招聘工作经历了从“统包统配”到“公开招聘”的变化,招聘公信力和透明度显著提升。通过不断建立健全制度机制,公开招聘已经成为有政策依据加以规范、包含固定程序环节的进人制度,是目前事业单位最主要的选人用人方式。

Abstract: Open recruitment of public institutions is a systematic process consisting of multiple links. During this process, there are many personnel and many special cases involved, posing higher requirements on work ability and organizational discipline of recruiting staff. Implementation of any recruitment procedure will affect the final result of open recruitment to varying degrees. To improve the effectiveness of open recruitment in public institutions, it’s necessary to scientifically develop the information about posts, promoting effective engagement of employers, broadening recruitment information distribution channels, strengthening training of recruiting staff and promoting communication with applicants.
