高校教师预聘长聘制适用性实证研究*——以艺术类高校为例

Empirical Study on the Applicability of the Pre-employment and Long-term Employment System for College and University Teachers— Taking Art Colleges and Universities as Examples

摘要: 我国高校在借鉴国外预聘长聘制度的基础上,结合自身特点,逐步开始实施预聘长聘制。但因为学科专业的特殊性,艺术类高校开展预聘长聘制是否适用,有待有效的分析检验。通过比较实施预聘长聘制对国内6所艺术类高校教师的学术成果的影响,可知预聘长聘制对艺术类高校学术成果产出影响显著。这说明,艺术类高校应结合事业发展需要,以立德树人为根本任务,充分发挥好预聘长聘制的指挥棒作用,扬长避短,有效调动教师的积极性。同时,实施预聘长聘制的高校还需关注政策实施对教师的心理影响和防止教师出现职业倦怠等情况。

Abstract: On the basis of learning from the foreign pre-employment and long-term employment system, Chinese colleges and universities have gradually begun to implement the pre-employment and long-term employment system in combination with their own characteristics. However, due to the particularity of disciplines and majors, the applicability of the pre-employment and long-term employment system in art colleges and universities needs to be effectively analyzed and tested. By comparing the influence of implementing the pre-employment and long-term employment system on the academic achievements of teachers in six art colleges and universities in China, the results show that the pre-employment and long-term employment system has a significant influence on the academic output of art colleges and universities. This indicates that art colleges and universities should combine career development needs, take moral education as the fundamental task, fully leverage the baton role of the pre-employment and long-term employment system, promote strengths and avoid weaknesses, and effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers. At the same time, colleges and universities implementing the pre-employment and long-term employment system also need to pay attention to the psychological influence of policy implementation on teachers and prevent them from experiencing occupational burnout.
