人工智能技术应用对员工心理状态的影响分析

Analysis on Influence of Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology on Psychological State of Employees

摘要: 人工智能技术的不断进步和发展给工作领域带来了重大变革,也对员工心理状态产生了不同程度的影响。通过对98家人工智能企业中490名员工调查,研究人工智能应用场景中不同行业、AI使用年限、岗位、年龄和学历的员工心理状态的差异性。研究结果表明,在人工智能技术应用场景下,总体来说,员工的心理幸福感、工作旺盛感水平相对较高,员工的心理焦虑感水平较低。具体来说,生产制造业员工的心理焦虑感水平较高,而交通运输业员工的心理焦虑感水平较低且工作旺盛感水平较高; 员工的心理焦虑感水平会受到使用人工智能的时间、年龄和学历的影响; 研发岗员工的心理焦虑感、工作旺盛感水平都较高,而销售岗员工的心理幸福感较高、心理焦虑感较低。政府和企业应重点关注心理焦虑感较高的群体,有针对性地采取措施,开展心理预防与疏导,提升员工在人工智能场景下的心理健康水平。

Abstract: The continuous progress and development of artificial intelligence technology has not only brought great changes to the work field, but also had varying degrees of influence on the psychological state of employees. Through the investigation of 490 employees in 98 artificial intelligence enterprises, this paper studies the differences of psychological state of employees of different industries, AI use periods, position, ages and educational backgrounds in the application scenario of artificial intelligence. As found by the study, in the application scenario of artificial intelligence technology, generally speaking, the level of psychological well-being and sense of thriving at work of employees is high, and the level of psychological anxiety of employees is low. Specifically, the level of psychological anxiety of employees in manufacturing industry is higher, while the level of psychological anxiety of employees in transportation industry is lower and the level of sense of thriving at work is higher; the level of psychological anxiety of employees will increase with the time of using artificial intelligence, age and educational background; the level of psychological anxiety and sense of thriving at work of employees at R & D position is higher, while the level of psychological well-being of employees at sales position is higher and the level of psychological anxiety is lower. Finally, the government and enterprises should focus on groups with higher psychological anxiety, take targeted measures to carry out psychological prevention and counseling, and improve the mental health level of employees in the scenario of artificial intelligence.
